Common questions.
Is it an app? Can I talk to it?
Yes. Radar installs on your phone like an app, and runs on your computer too. You can type, or just talk to it: say “Hey Radar” and it answers out loud, in Arabic or English. It also sends alerts to your phone when something needs you.
I own more than one company. Does it handle that?
Yes, and that is where it shines. Each company keeps its own numbers, its own reports and its own connections, and you get one view across all of them. Ask for the group report and it reads every company, cites every figure and files the result.
Can it change or send anything on its own?
No. Radar is read-only by design. It reads your systems, it drafts the message or the order, and you decide. It never claims to have sent, changed or ordered anything, because it cannot.
Do we need to change our systems?
No. We connect to what you already use: your POS, Excel or Google Sheets, your invoices, WhatsApp, Shopify, QuickBooks, your bank statements. If it can export a file or has a login, we can read it. Old systems with no API are normal in Lebanon and we have a way in.
Our data is a mess.
Everybody starts there. The first weeks of the build are mostly putting one number in one place and agreeing what it means. Do not clean anything before we talk.
Where does our data go?
Nowhere. It stays in your accounts. We only read it, and we sign an NDA before the demo if you want one.
Do we need someone technical?
No. If your team uses WhatsApp, they can use this. Nobody has to log into anything new.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic and English in the same conversation. Your staff write the way they already write.
What if it makes a mistake?
Every number shows where it came from, so you can check it in one click. When it is not sure, it says so. It never sends a message to a customer or a supplier unless you set that rule yourself.
We are a small company.
Good. Small companies see the result faster, because the owner is the one doing all the counting today. It works for three people or sixty.
How fast do we see something real?
